Si vous rangez des choses sur le sol, triez-les et mettez-les sur des \u00e9tag\u00e8res ou dans des tiroirs. Si vous avez beaucoup de meubles exc\u00e9dentaires que vous devez d\u00e9placer, pensez \u00e0 vous d\u00e9barrasser de tous ceux qui ne sont pas absolument n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gardez les lumi\u00e8res allum\u00e9es<\/strong>. Assurez-vous que vos couloirs et vos escaliers sont bien \u00e9clair\u00e9s afin que vous puissiez toujours voir ce qui se trouve sur votre chemin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ayez une bonne adh\u00e9rence au sol<\/strong>. Portez des chaussures et des bottes offrant une bonne adh\u00e9rence, surtout par temps enneig\u00e9 et humide.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Portez des chaussures de course \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur<\/strong>.
